Our Texas Superintendents' Certification Institute prepares future leaders for the evolving challenges faced by schools by redefining educational leadership. Our program is a high-quality comprehensive Texas superintendent certification program designed exclusively to prepare leaders for the superintendency through non-traditional means. We work with your leaders throughout the year with a combination of on-site visits, blended coursework, and additional leadership experiences. You'll interact with fellow leaders and our experienced course facilitators, as you improve your leadership skills.
We align everything we do to Texas superintendent certification standards: values and ethics, school district culture, human resources, leadership and management, policy and governance, communication and community relations, curriculum and instruction, organizational leadership, and budget and finance.
