ESC Region 13 Purchasing Cooperative

Region 13 Members are Local Education Agencies (LEAs) across Texas. ESC Region 13 will provide Members with direct access to approved Region 13 Purchasing Vendors through a formal bidding process. To become a registered Member, the LEA will complete a member agreement which will act as an interlocal agreement between the Member and ESC Region 13. There is no cost to the LEA to become a Region 13 Member

Vendors
ESC Region 13 will provide Members with direct access to approved Region 13 Purchasing Vendors through a formal bidding process
Are you interested in an ESC Region 13 bid or cooperative? Register to become a vendor through the Region 13 IONWAVE system.
Registration alone does not make you an awarded vendor; a contract must be formally awarded through the bidding process.
Reporting
Cooperative vendors will report all purchases on a quarterly basis by submitting the Quarterly Sales Report spreadsheet to Purchasing@esc13.txed.net. Please review the Quarterly Sales Report Instructions for more information.
