Being a principal is tough, but they don’t have to do it alone.

Research shows that principals who receive 1:1 support experience greater job satisfaction, stay in their roles longer, and are better equipped to support teachers, students, and families.

That’s why Region 13 now offers multiple ways for a Leadership Coach to provide direct, personalized support to your campus leaders.

Packages:

Package #1 Executive Principal Coaching and PD Support*

$6000 per principal
  • Coaching Support for Principal: Ten 1:1 one-hour coaching sessions for a campus principal provided by a Region 13 Leadership Coach (5 in person**, 5 via Zoom)
  • Custom Campus PD Session Development and Design: Region 13 will work 1:1 with campus principal in person** to develop and design a year-long campus professional development plan. This includes one full day of planning and design, and one ½ day mid-year check-in day to make adjustments to the second semester teacher PD plan.
Package #2 Executive Principal 1:1 Coaching*$2200 per principal
  • Ten 1:1 one-hour coaching session for a campus principal provided by a Region 13 Leadership Coach. (5 in person**, 5 via Zoom) 3 half-day campus walks with principal/leadership coach (these walks will be scheduled in conjunction with an in-person coaching session).
Package #3 Principal Cluster Coaching*$3500 per cluster
  • Eight 2-hour in-person** group coaching sessions with principals that have similar needs (i.e.: new principals, principals who need support in the same area, etc.). Maximum of 5 principals per cluster.
Package #4 In-Person Coaching Services$5,800 Total
  • One 1:1 2-hour in-person introductory coaching session with each principal separately to establish goals and a coaching plan, for up to 3 principals
  • One 4-hour in-person fall systems planning/coaching session with all principals together
  • Eight 1:1 1-hour in-person coaching sessions for up to 3 principals

*Each coaching package includes the following checkpoints between the principal supervisor/manager and the Region 13 Leadership Coach:

  • A 1-hour Zoom meeting to discuss alignment, coaching goals for the principal(s), and desired outcomes are established before coaching begins.
  • Email progress follow-up from Region 13 coach after each coaching session
  • 1-hour Zoom meeting check-in at the mid-point
  • 1-hour Zoom meeting check-in at the end of the coaching cycle **in your district
