What is the Effective School Framework?
The Effective School Framework (ESF) is a guide developed by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to establish a clear vision for districts and schools across the state. The ESF recognizes best practices and describes specific actions that high-performing districts and campuses implement.
Our Effective School Framework facilitators provide training in understanding the ESF and collaborate with principals and principal supervisors to engage in a diagnostic of campus systems and processes.
