The Special Education Instructional Network (SPIN) is an opportunity for special education instructional leaders to connect and collaborate with same-job peers throughout Region 13. SPIN meets four times during each school year. The meetings include Region 13 staff presentations, resources/best practices from the field, TEA updates, and more.
