IC: Instructional Coaching Partnership Series - San Marcos

The Instructional Coaching Partnership Series (ICP) is a professional learning and networking opportunity for district and campus instructional coaches, specialists, and curriculum coordinators who wish to increase their knowledge and skill in coaching and research-based instructional strategies. Whether you’re just starting out on your coaching adventure or you’re a seasoned pro looking to level up, ICP has something for everyone.

In this series, you'll dive deep into the latest research-backed coaching skills, models, and strategies, all viewed through the lens of our Balanced Coaching Framework. We'll explore coaching potential through the four essential components: Interpersonal Skill, Coaching Expertise, Leadership & Facilitation, and Content Knowledge & Pedagogy, ensuring you're equipped with a well-rounded toolkit for success.

But that's not all! ICP isn't just about learning—it's about community. You'll have the chance to connect with peers from across campuses and districts, sharing insights, experiences, and innovative ideas. Together, we'll create a supportive network where collaboration thrives and practice is transformed.
