Instructional Coaching Pathways is a differentiated approach to targeted professional learning for district and campus instructional coaches, specialists, and curriculum coordinators, who wish to increase their knowledge and skill in coaching or research-based instructional strategies.
Each participant will have the opportunity to attend a series of 7 half-day sessions (9:00 am - 12:00 pm) throughout the year.
Coaching After COVID Pathway
In this pathway, participants will learn just-in-time coaching moves and strategies to support teachers throughout the school year as they navigate student academic and social-emotional needs post-COVID, including:
- Building a positive classroom community
- Learning new content-area strategies
- Analyzing data to plan for differentiation
Participants will have the opportunity to network across campuses and districts to share ideas and expertise in order to take back and apply their learning to their practice.
